Had comfortable stay for 3 nights, the staff were excellent, location was absolutely perfect to shopping dining...

This hotel is in a great location surrounded by stores, restaurants, and beautiful greenery, plus there are opportunities for fishing right outside and a movie theater nearby.

Liked our well furnished and neat rooms, plus the staff was outstandingly accommodating! Unbeatable very central location very close to greenery as well as family friendly activities.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

Convenience and value. Clean rooms and relatively quiet.

Wanted No Smoking Room but was unavailable. However, the smoking room was not as bad as I expected; relatively odorless.

I really liked this place! It was clean, and the staff were friendly. Plus, the location is super convenient with lots of great eating spots nearby. 🍽️.

Hotel was not busy and ran out of pillows, Mold on bathroom walls and sheets did not feel clean I have stayed here before for other events and you get what you pay for

This hotel met my requirements in every way, can recommend. The venue was a good base for enjoying a secure area, just next door to stores, greenery all around and birds and wildlife Doing as well as fishing outside the door, and fishing outside the door. The location was comfortable - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Also, New Covenant Fellowship was 3 miles away.

Some people working there were unprofessional.

The size of the room was nice. They gave a discount due to the poor conditions and allowed us a late checkout.

The hotel and room were dirty, hair, dirt, food debris on the floors. The jacuzzi tub had black mold and did not work to boot. Our phone did not work, the wi-fi also did not work. Staff was unprofessional and remained on a personal phone call for five minutes while I waited at the desk for assistance and then did not have the capability to assist me. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke. We were not pleased with our experience at all.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything you need. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, along with fun activities to enjoy. Plus, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the indoor waterpark. 🌊.
